- Phnom Penh: 1–3 business days
- Provincial areas: 2–5 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by location, parcel size, and weight

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.
To start a return, email sales@rigorer.com to request an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 days. It may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Important notes:
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Defective or damaged items may be eligible for a refund or exchange
- Return shipping is covered only within Cambodia
