Key details:

  • Shipping is available in Phnom Penh and all provincial areas
  • International shipping is not available
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Phnom Penh: 1–3 business days
    • Provincial areas: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by location, parcel size, and weight

Tracking details may be provided once your order is dispatched (where available).

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Rigorer.online is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.

To start a return, email sales@rigorer.com to request an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 days. It may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Important notes:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Defective or damaged items may be eligible for a refund or exchange
  • Return shipping is covered only within Cambodia
